Empanada de Atún (Tuna Empanada)

This is Celia’s take on a tuna empanada, somewhat inspired by Empanada Gallega, a dish famous and celebrated in Galicia. Here we have opted for shop-bought puff pastry to make things a little easier, but making your own dough works fantastically well with this recipe also.

The filling and the pastry come together for a very satisfying bite, and you can opt to make smaller filled empanadas instead of a one large one if desired.
