THE DINING CLUB AT WHITESTOWN HOUSE
Welcome to The Dining Club, a unique hospitality experience that traverses past and present and is deeply rooted in a sense of place.
At the helm are chefs James Gabriel Martin of Leviathan, Kelly Keogh from Whitestown House, and artist Aoife Keogh, who collaborate closely to design bespoke dining events.
With a focus on seasonality and heritage, each event is curated around a theme that unfolds through changing menus, entertainment, and thoughtfully crafted table settings.
All of this takes place on the grounds of the historic 122-acre Whitestown House Estate in Naul, North County Dublin.

AN IRISH LITERARY FEAST
25 & 26 September
Delve into the rich world of Ireland's literary heritage with a dining experience inspired by the poems, novels and written prose of the Emerald Isle. Our multi-course tasting menu and tablescape will be directly influenced by the words of some of the greatest writers in the world.
SAMHAIN 2026
23 & 24 October
This festival has ancient roots in Ireland. Not only does it celebrate the harvest, it is said that at this time the veil between this world and the other is at its thinnest. We celebrate with seasonal produce charred and roasted over fire, with ingredients and dishes that hold ancient meaning.
A TRIP TO THE FOREST

Deep in the shade, berries call from the hedgerows. Mushrooms huddle at the foot of an ancient tree. Light filters through the canopy as dusk falls. Retreat to the serene magic of the Irish woodlands with an immersive forest-inspired dining experience at our legendary long-table.
